Dubs is building the infrastructure for next-generation city logistics. We are looking for motivated graduate students to complete their thesis in collaboration with the Dubs team – working on a real challenge at the intersection of software, operations, and urban mobility. Your topic is shaped together with you. Come with a rough direction and we will help make it real.

ROLE SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of a meaningful area of the business from early on.

• Work closely with the founding team on problems that do not yet have a designated owner.

• Help shape how Dubs operates as we scale — processes, tools, and ways of working are still being built.

• Contribute wherever the company needs it most, especially in the early stages.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A clear point of view on what you would work on at Dubs and why it matters.

• Evidence of doing things — built something, led something, fixed something others overlooked.

• Honesty about what you are great at and what you are still figuring out.

• We are always especially interested in Sales and Partnerships, Product, Finance, Marketing and Brand, Data and Analytics, and Customer Success.
