Delete your Dubs account

You can permanently close your Dubs account and delete your personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you still have the app.

If you have the app

1. Open Dubs Drive and go to the Profile tab.

2. Tap Delete account.

3. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and you’re signed out on every device.

If you no longer have the app

Email privacy@dubs.fi from — or quoting — the email address or phone number on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and action the request within 30 days, and confirm by email when it’s done.

What is deleted

• Your account access and sign-in (phone number, email, any linked Google or Apple sign-in).

• Your profile details, profile photo, nationality and app preferences.

• Your uploaded driver’s licence image.

• Your saved payout method details held for the app.

What is retained, and why

Records of shifts you actually worked, and the associated pay and invoicing records, are retained after your account is closed because Finnish payroll and bookkeeping law (Kirjanpitolaki) requires it — generally for up to six years. These records are kept solely to meet that legal obligation and are not used for any other purpose. Everything else listed above is deleted.
