Dubs app

Dubs is the app your shifts live in — your schedule, the vehicle you’re driving, clocking in and out, and what you’re owed. If you work shifts for a company that runs on Dubs, this page is for you. We answer within 24 hours.

Can’t sign in?

You need an invite from the company you work for.

Dubs accounts are created by the company, not by us — if you don’t have one yet, ask whoever does your scheduling to invite you. They’ll send you an 8-character invite code.

Looking for driving work but not with a company yet?

Open the app and choose “Find work” — you’ll be added to our talent pool and operators who are hiring can find you.

The SMS code isn’t arriving.

Codes take up to a minute. Check the number you entered is the one your employer has on file, including the country code. Still nothing after two tries? Email us and we’ll check it from our side.

You’re signed in but the wrong company is showing.

If you work for more than one company on Dubs, tap Profile → your name to switch workspaces.

Signing in with Apple doesn’t find your account.

If you used “Hide My Email”, Apple gives us a relay address instead of your real one, and we can only match the address your employer has on file. Sign in with your phone number instead, or email us and we’ll link it.

Who to ask

Your shifts, your pay, your vehicle, your schedule — ask your operator.

The company you work for sets all of these. Dubs is the software they use; we can’t change your hours, your rate, or which van you’re on. Message them from Help & support inside the app.

The app itself, signing in, your account, your data — ask us.

Crashes, something that won’t load, login trouble, deleting your account, or a privacy request. That’s support@dubs.fi.

Common questions

A shift I was told about isn’t in the app.

Rosters are only visible once your operator publishes them. If it’s still in draft on their side, you won’t see it yet. If it’s the day before and still missing, ask your operator.

My pay looks wrong.

The figure on the Payouts screen during the week is an estimate from the shifts you’ve clocked, not a payslip. Final amounts come from your operator’s payroll run. If the final amount looks wrong, that’s a question for your operator — they own the rates.

A vehicle isn’t showing on the map.

The map shows vehicles with a tracker fitted that have reported a position in the last 24 hours, and hides ones already out on a shift. A vehicle parked in a basement garage may not have a signal.

Which permissions does the app actually need?

Only location, and only while you’re using the app — it draws the live map and confirms you’re at the vehicle when you clock in. Camera, notifications and Motion & Fitness are optional; you can decline them and the app still works. Nothing tracks you in the background, and nothing runs after you clock out.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This closes your account and revokes your sign-ins. If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@dubs.fi from the address on your account and we’ll do it for you. Some records — worked shifts and payment records — must be kept after your account closes, because Finnish payroll and bookkeeping law requires it. Everything else is removed.
