Every stop in order: who it’s for, the address, the delivery window, when you’ll arrive and the parcels for that door. Several parcels for one address are one stop. Swipe to start, follow the turn-by-turn directions in the app, and arrival is detected for you. Hand over as Delivered or Couldn’t deliver, with photos, a signature, a name or a note. Skip a stop and it moves to the end of the round. No signal? It sends when there is.

At the terminal a scanned label shows which vehicle and which stop. Scanner-first inventory: take, receive, build, flag a faulty unit. Stock per location with what’s running low, for the owner.
