We run deliveries, pickups, on-site jobs and assembly for companies of every size, from scaleups to enterprises.

About the role

Our warehouse does more than store parcels. It’s where goods come in, get stored, are assembled and go out on the day’s vehicles. As Warehouse Manager you’ll set up how it all runs on lean principles, so every square metre and every minute earns its place.

This is a building role as much as a running one: the layout, the flows and the standards are still being written, and you’ll write them. It suits someone who has run a floor before and wants to shape one from the start.

What you’ll do

• Design the floor: the layout and the flow for goods in, storage, assembly, kitting and goods out.

• Bring in lean ways of working: standard work, 5S, visual management and a short daily improvement routine the team actually keeps.

• Keep stock accurate: everything scanned, never guessed, with counts that match the system.

• Plan for change: people and space for peaks, new clients and one-off projects.

• Lead the team on the floor: plan shifts, train new people and set the safety standard.

• Measure and improve: track throughput, accuracy and safety, and improve them week by week.

What you bring

• Experience running or improving a warehouse, terminal or production floor, with people reporting to you.

• Hands-on lean experience: you’ve led kaizen, 5S or value-stream work, not just read about it.

• Safety first, always, and the ability to make it the team’s habit too.

• Comfort with warehouse systems, scanners and spreadsheets.

• Fluent Finnish or English.

Nice to have

• Lean or Six Sigma certification.

• A forklift licence (trukkikortti).

• Experience with hardware assembly, kitting or returns.
