Dubs is a Neocarrier. We run city logistics as one company: our own drivers, fleet and software, together with the companies and entrepreneurs who drive with us, as one accountable system where every task is tracked, confirmed and reported. We run deliveries, pickups, on-site jobs and assembly for companies of every size, from scaleups to enterprises.

About the role

You own the condition of our fleet. Our vehicles are serviced in our own workshop, and you run it: what gets fixed, when, by whom and at what cost. The goal is simple to say and hard to do: every vehicle safe, roadworthy and on shift when the operation needs it.

Every shift ends with a vehicle check, so faults are reported by the person who saw them, and the telemetry device in each vehicle tells you the rest. You’ll turn that into a plan, a workshop that works and a fleet that runs better every month.

What you’ll do

• Run the in-house workshop: service plans, repairs, parts and tools, and the people who do the work.

• Keep every vehicle roadworthy: inspections, seasonal tyre changes, recalls and warranty work, on time.

• Act on what drivers report: a vehicle that isn’t fit to drive stays off the road until it’s fixed, and you decide how fast that happens.

• Plan maintenance around the operation, so vehicles are off the road when they’re needed least.

• Follow uptime and cost per vehicle, and decide when to repair, replace or add one.

• Manage suppliers: dealers, garages, tyre and parts suppliers, leasing companies and insurers.

What you bring

• Experience managing a fleet, a workshop or vehicle maintenance, ideally with light commercial vehicles.

• A technical background: a vehicle mechanic qualification (ajoneuvoasentaja) or years of hands-on work.

• Knowledge of electric vehicles, or the will to learn them fast.

• A planner’s mind: you think in schedules and keep records others can rely on.

• Fluent Finnish or English, and a B driving licence.

Nice to have

• Experience setting up a workshop from scratch.

• Lean or other continuous-improvement training.

• Experience with fleet management or maintenance software.
