Graduate Thesis Worker

COMPANY OVERVIEW

Dubs is building the infrastructure for next-generation city logistics. We are looking for motivated graduate students to complete their thesis in collaboration with the Dubs team – working on a real challenge at the intersection of software, operations, and urban mobility. Your topic is shaped together with you. Come with a rough direction and we will help make it real.

We have previously hosted thesis work from Aalto University (Computer Science) and Metropolia AMK (Opinnäytetyö), and welcome applications from students across disciplines and institutions.

We are especially interested in students from Business and Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, and Information Networks.

ROLE SUMMARY

You will carry out your thesis research with support from Dubs mentors on a topic relevant to our operations or platform; contribute practical findings or prototypes that inform real product or business decisions; present results to the team and co-author findings where applicable; work flexibly alongside your studies with regular check-ins throughout.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• A Master's or Bachelor's student at a Finnish or Nordic university, ideally in the final year of studies.

• Strong analytical thinking and genuine curiosity about urban logistics, software, or sustainable mobility.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own timeline; fluent in English, Finnish is a plus.
